Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we all – already knew – that we were already enough. If you intrinsically knew that you were already enough. That no matter what course of action you decided to take, you went into it believing, feeling and knowing “I’ve got this, because I am already enough” 

While watching an old video from JP Sears  – The WORST Mistake to Make When Setting Goals – Authentic JP
I was struck by what a powerful concept it was. And I knew instantly, that I was being asked to channel an Energetic Healing around this concept. Free for whomever feels called to it 

The Christian / Catholic God, Mother Mary and Jesus will be doing this Energetic Healing

This Energy Healing is conducted over three weeks. Each week, you will need to say the specific healing every night.
i.e. each healing must be said on 7x nights before you move on to the next healing.

It’s kind of like a “prayer”, but when you say the words indicated, you are giving God, Mother Mary and Jesus permission to come and do an energy healing on you while you sleep. 

It’s a good idea to work out your dates and program the healings into Calendar events on your phone. Then set a nightly alarm to go off at (say) 9:30pm. When the alarm goes off, you say the statement (it’s ok if you just say it in your mind) with the “intention” to God, Mother Mary and Jesus, that they will come and do the energy healing once you hop into be and fall asleep.

If you do forget to say one of the healings, just say it the following night – but ensure that you say each healing over 7x nights before you move on to the next healing

If you are energetically sensitive, you might feel their presence while they are healing you. Please be open to the following (this list is based on what I have experienced and what my clients tell me that they have experienced)

• You might feel someone working in your energetic field or you might not
• You might feel sensations through your body, like electric currents or warm tingly sensations, or you might not
• You might feel that someone is physically in the room with you or touching you, like holding your hand or applying pressure to your body or you might not
• You might feel a change in temperature or you might not
• You might get messages via images or a repeated phrase or you might not

Any of these could occur or none of these could occur. It usually depends on how energetically sensitive you are. More than likely, you will fall straight to sleep.

Healing 1 – Week 1 – say 7x times*

God, Jesus & Mother Mary,
I am F’ing sick of the fucking annoying narrative of “I’m not good enough / I am not enough”

Healing 2 – Week 2 – say 7x times

God, Jesus & Mother Mary,
This cannot be my life
I refuse to let it be my life any longer
God, Jesus & Mother Mary,
I need your help, your mystical mojo
To help me understand the true concept of “I am already enough”

Healing 3 – Week 3 – say 7x times

God, Jesus & Mother Mary,
Help me exist in the vibration of “I am already enough”

*God, Jesus and Mather Mary do not care about the F bombs in this healing. These words are a direct channel from them, so if they are happy to include the F bombs, you are allowed to say them in the healing
In fact, if you don’t say them, you will not activate the first week of the healing
